I am heading the BioImage Informatics unit, which supports users all over Sweden in analyzing their image data. We use state-of-the art algorithms and tools from the field of computer vision and machine learning. We also help life scientists to understand the main concepts of the field and to train them in using the right tools for their research. The group is also involved in the development of the TissUUmaps viewer, a browser-based tool for fast visualization of spatial omics data sets.
