Clinical Genomics Uppsala announces a call for strategic collaborative projects
The mission of Clinical Genomics Uppsala is to catalyze the transition of genomics-based methods from research to healthcare. We have a specific focus on development of new clinical applications based on ultrasensitive variant detection and liquid biopsies, including digital PCR, ctDNA analysis and NGS with UMIs, and long-read sequencing. To accelerate technology development within these areas, we now invite researchers across Sweden to apply for strategic collaborative projects.
Selected project will benefit from cost-effective access to our comprehensive end-to-end services, that can include everything from support with project design, nucleic acid extraction, molecular and bioinformatic analysis to clinical interpretation of genetic variants.
What type of projects are we looking for?
- Samples must be ready to be analyzed during 2025. This means that ethical and biobank approvals must already be in place.
- Projects can include development of laboratory and/or bioinformatic workflows.
