Chemical Biology Consortium Sweden
Through generation and use of bioactive small molecules (chemical tools) CBCS supports probing of ligandability of human biological pathways and targets, as well as target identification.
Drug Discovery and Development Platform (DDD)
Generates small-molecule, antibody and oligonucleotide leads for further progression into therapeutic applications and support with target product profiling and safety assessment of the future drug
National Bioinformatics Infrastructure (NBIS)
Provides custom-tailored support with analysis of protein and RNA sequences, e.g. similarity searching and secondary structure analysis.
