Welcome to SciLifeLab Campus Solna!

Take the opportunity to tour some of the SciLifeLab infrastructures hosted at Campus Solna organized by:

  • Chemical Biology & Genome Engineering and Drug Discovery & Development platforms
  • Genomics (NGI), Cell & Molecular Imaging and Integrated Structural Biology platforms
  • Spatial Biology platform
  • Clinical Genomics and Clinical Proteomics & Immunology platforms
  • Metabolomics platform – Exposomics

This open house is open to everyone interested in learning more about the SciLifeLab Research infrastructures available to life science experts all over Sweden.

Tours

Each tour is repeated 3 times. Participants can choose 1 of 5 tours for each occasion. Participation in 3 different tours is possible

  1. Academic drug discovery projects and services – small molecule and genetic perturbations on biological systems
    organised by  Chemical Biology & Genome Engineering and Drug Discovery & Development platforms
  2. CryoEM / ALM / NGI – Intricate genomes and super resolution imaging with electrons and photons
    organised by Genomics (NGI), Cell & Molecular Imaging and Integrated Structural Biology platforms
  3. Spatial transcriptomics using in situ sequencing
    organised by Spatial Biology platform
  4. Genomic-based analyses using next generation sequencing and protein analyses using cutting edge immunoassay technologies
    organised by Clinical Genomics and Clinical Proteomics & Immunology platforms
  5. Exposomics: National infrastructure to study chemical exposures in human and the environment
    organised by Metabolomics platform
